1. Who we are
SIP is a brand of AJI Holding B.V. ("SIP"). For privacy questions, email hallo@sip.nl.
2. What data we collect
Through the signup form we collect your email address and, optionally, your favourite flavour. We also store technical marketing parameters from the link you used to reach us (for example whether you came via an advert, via utm_* parameters). We do not ask for your name, address, or payment details.
3. Why we do this (legal basis)
We use your email to keep you informed about the SIP launch (legal basis: consent). You give this consent by ticking the box when you sign up. We never sell or rent your data.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep your email as long as you stay subscribed, and for at most 2 years after the last launch or until you unsubscribe.
5. Sharing with third parties
Your data is processed through Netlify, the hosting provider of this form and website. Netlify processes data in line with the GDPR. We do not share your data with any other party.
6. Cookies
This site uses a cookie-free analytics service (GoatCounter) for visitor numbers. A small cookie (zono_v) is used for a price test, remembering which of two price versions you saw; it is only set after you give consent. For that same price test, a session-bound marker (sessionStorage) is used during your visit; this is not a cookie and is not sent to the server. Your language choice is stored locally on your device (localStorage) and can be cleared in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data (GDPR arts. 15–17). You can withdraw your consent at any time — just as easily as you gave it. Email hallo@sip.nl or use the unsubscribe link in our messages. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
